Terms and conditions

Who provides the service
Binadar (binadar.ge) is owned and operated by individual entrepreneur Giorgi Tarsaidze (identification code 01030051156). In these terms, "we" means them.

Using Binadar means that you agree to these terms.
What Binadar is
Binadar is an online tool for real estate agents. The agent describes what their client is looking for (city, districts, price, area, rooms), and Binadar, on the chosen schedule, checks the public listings on myhome.ge, ss.ge and livo.ge and shows only the new ones that match this description.
Binadar is neither a listings site nor an intermediary. No one can place a listing with us. We do not sell, rent out or book real estate, and no purchase, rent, booking or deposit money passes through us.
Listings belong to their authors and to the respective sites. We show only factual data and a link to the original. The source is responsible for the accuracy of the data, so always check the original before contacting a client.
Account
You sign in with a Google account. One account belongs to one person and may not be shared.
You can delete your account at any time from the profile page. On deletion, filters and results are deleted permanently.
Plans and prices
Pro: 19 GEL per month, for one agent. It includes 20 filters and all five schedules.
Team: for agencies. The price and conditions are agreed individually.
The trial week is free and does not require a card. We turn it on during a short call, and at the end of the week no money is charged automatically.
Prices are in GEL. We do not ask for any money other than the subscription price.
We will notify you by email of a price change at least 14 days in advance. The new price applies only from the next payment after that.
Payment
Pro is paid by card, through the Keepz payment system. Card details are processed by Keepz: we do not see them and do not store them.
The subscription renews automatically every month: one month after each payment, 19 GEL is charged to your card again, until you cancel the subscription.
The service is turned on as soon as you pay and remains in effect until the end of the paid month.
If the next payment fails, the service keeps working for three more days. If payment does not succeed within this time, filters are paused but not deleted, and as soon as you pay they start working again as they were.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel the subscription at any time: write to us at support@binadar.ge or call us at +995 599 02 28 85. The next payment will not be taken, and access will remain until the end of the paid month.
The refund policy is on a separate page, "Cancellation and refunds". In short: we refund the first payment in full within 14 days, money charged by mistake always, and a partly used month is not refunded.
Rules of use
It is not permitted to transfer, share or sell an account to someone else, or to use the service in a way that interferes with its operation or with other users. If this rule is broken, we may suspend the account.
Liability
We try to keep Binadar running without interruption, but it may be temporarily disrupted, for example when a source site changes or there is a technical fault. In such cases we try to restore it as quickly as possible.
We are not liable for the content of listings or for deals that a user makes with third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability does not exceed the amount you paid over the last month.
Changes
These terms may change. We will notify you of a significant change in advance by email. The date of the last update is at the top of the page.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. In the event of a dispute, contact us first and we will try to settle it through negotiation. If that does not succeed, the dispute will be heard by a court of Georgia.
